SHACK

It's been great, and a super long time since I've ran barefoot, ran 4-km at a super hard pace to be exact. Perhaps it's the lack of proper stretching and warm up session, my calf muscles are super tight now. Darn. Along with a couple other static exercises and abdominal muscles training, I ended my training session.

I can't wait for tomorrow's live run in the morning, another 4-km to go, follow by road running session at 2000 hours.
