I've completed a 7x400 meters, 100 meters sprint and some circuit training of my own just yesterday, getting back to adrenaline rush that I so desperately needed. Tomorrow, or should I say later on, after the 1AMB's COC parade rehearsal and everything, a 2 hour long gym session is all I need to de-stress.
